The Springfield

Another of the new furnished models at Churchill Club is The Springfield, a large 3,238 square foot home with many of the desirable qualities new homeowners are looking for.  The Springfield includes a three-car garage,  an oversized kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a private den or office, and two spacious formal areas.  Upstairs, the huge master bedroom comes with two enormous walk-in closets.  With a total of four bedrooms upstairs, who would think there would be space for a massive bonus room, but we found it.  Better yet, the bonus room is a standard feature of this fabulous Springfield home.
