The K. Hovnanian® Hiring Process:

1. Initial review of resume/application by Human Resources (Please submit and apply online)
2. Phone screening or 1st interview with either Human Resources or hiring manager
3. Follow-up interviews with hiring manager/department team members  
4. Reference check & background check
5. Pre-employment testing
6. Offer of employment (if all pre-employment requirements have been satisfactorily met)
7. Acceptance of offer
8. New hire must submit proper paperwork to Human Resources
9. Start of employment – Welcome to the Company! – Attend orientation meeting
