Kevin C. Hake is the Treasurer and Sr. Vice President of Finance of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc.  He is responsible for the treasury and financing functions of the Company as well as the Company's investor relations programs.

Prior to joining K Hovnanian in 2000, Mr. Hake was a Director for BankBoston and Fleet Bank, where he managed the bank's residential lending programs.  Before that, he was a Vice President with Chemical Bank in its real estate finance department and a consultant with Arthur Anderson & Co. Inc.

Mr. Hake received a Bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Master's degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
